Pokémon Signs Global Disney+ Deal for New Aardman Series and Classic Anime

The Pokémon Company International and Disney+ have announced a new global distribution deal that will bring both classic and new Pokémon animation to the streaming platform. The agreement includes Aardman’s upcoming stop-motion series, Pokémon Tales: The Misadventures of Sirfetch’d & Pichu, which will debut worldwide on Disney+ in 2027.  Set in the Galar region, the series follows Sirfetch’d and Pichu as they embark on a quest to help and protect Pokémon.
