Harry Potter HBO Series Will Not Recast Harry, Ron, and Hermione, Despite New Audiobook Casting

The new HBO Harry Potter series is not recasting Harry Potter, Ron Weasley, or Hermione Granger for Seasons 4–7. Dominic McLaughlin, Alastair Stout, and Arabella Stanton were officially selected to portray the central trio, and HBO’s adaptation is planned to follow J.K.
